The builder of Jackson Townhomes wanted a no-fuss black and white logo which can easily be used for web, print and entrance signage. The easy-to-read spec sheets show buyer options as well as pre-selected items. This is a current project.
This is an interesting campaign. A real estate team is focusing on land in several rural counties. Their target audience for direct mail and print advertising is land owners who purchased property in the 60s-70s-80s and are ready to sell. They are older, still read the local newspaper and actually look at their mail. We worked together to design a simple direct mail campaign to reach this audience. Digital and newspaper were also included. To date this campaign has garnered 5 listings from 2 newspaper ads and 2 direct mailings.
The Edison School needed an updated logo, plus a version that could be easily embroidered for school uniforms. We stayed with the school colors of blue and gold, but updated to a graphic which would work across all their needs.
